Product Description
RT-2000 is an organic, solvent-free interior wall coating.
It is non-toxic, cures rapidly, and produces no irritating odor during application.
The coating provides excellent waterproof performance and can be used as an alternative to interior wall adhesive systems.
RT-2000 offers outstanding flame resistance, resistance to high and low temperatures, UV resistance, resistance to mold and mildew, oil resistance, and water resistance.
It is easy to clean and provides excellent adhesion and compatibility with substrates.

Application Instructions
1. Substrate Preparation
Ensure the base surface is clean, dry, free of oil stains, floating dust, sanding residue, loose particles, hollows, and powdering.

Cracks smaller than 1 mm do not require repair.

For cracks larger than 1 mm, repair and level the surface.

If water seepage is present, identify and treat the leakage source first.

Local areas may be treated with a waterproof coating.
After preparation, ensure the base surface is smooth and free of visible joints.
2. Application Method

If dilution is required, mix coating with diluent at a ratio of 10 : 4.

Application methods include brushing, rolling, or spraying.

Recommended application: two coats.

Reference consumption: 1 kg / 5–6 m² per coat; 1 kg / 4–5 m² for two coats.

Interval between coats: 4–12 hours, depending on ambient temperature.
Precautions

The coating surface must be free of pinholes and blistering. If defects occur, recoat the affected areas after drying.

Do not proceed with other construction work that may damage the coating before it is fully cured.

Seal and store unused coating properly to prevent premature curing.
-
In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
