Product Description
RT-1000 is a silane-modified polyether waterproof coating specially designed for building waterproofing applications.
It is solvent-free, environmentally friendly, and features extremely low VOC content with no irritating odor during application.
The coating cures through a moisture-reactive process to form a seamless waterproof membrane.
RT-1000 offers excellent corrosion resistance, outstanding adhesion, and strong compatibility with substrates.
Compared with traditional polyurethane waterproof coatings, it provides more durable and long-lasting waterproof performance.

Application Instructions
1. Substrate Preparation
The base surface must be clean, dry, and firm, free from loose sand, dust, or floating particles.
2. Joint Treatment
For cracks wider than 3 mm, seal with MS sealant first, then apply the coating.
3. Application Method

Before application, if dilution is required, mix the coating with diluent at a ratio of 10 : 4.

Application methods include brushing, rolling, or spraying.

Typically apply two coats.

Recommended coating thickness: 1.5–2.0 mm.

Interval between coats: 4–12 hours, depending on ambient temperature.
4. Consumption
Recommended dosage: 1.4–1.8 kg/m²
Precautions

When applying on cement or concrete substrates, ensure the base is completely dry and fully cured before application.

Do not proceed with other construction work that may damage the coating before it is fully cured.

Seal and store unused coating properly to prevent premature curing.

In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
