Product Description
RT-2002 is a single-component, boron-free, high solid content, low-VOC acrylic intumescent fire-resistant coating.
It is specifically designed for fire protection of steel structures.
The product offers fast drying and rapid application, forming an effective intumescent protective layer when exposed to fire.

Application Instructions

This product is a single-component coating. Before each use, it must be thoroughly mixed with a power mixer until uniform.

Suitable for airless spraying or brushing. Airless spraying is recommended.

Spray nozzle diameter: 0.48–0.58 mm

Pump outlet pressure: ≥ 176 kg/cm²

Precautions

The coating surface must be free of pinholes, sagging, or blistering. If defects occur, recoat the affected areas after drying.

Do not carry out other construction work that may damage the coating before it is fully cured.

Seal and store unused coating properly to prevent premature curing.

In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
