Product Description
RT-6000 is a silicone-based elastic anti-corrosion coating with a simple application process and excellent adhesion to substrates.
After curing, the coating forms a Si–O–Si network structure, providing outstanding stability against oxygen, ozone, and ultraviolet radiation.
It offers excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, strong resilience, and superior elasticity and elongation.
RT-6000 effectively isolates corrosive gases and liquids in harsh environments, delivering excellent long-term anti-corrosion protection.

Application Instructions
1. Substrate Preparation
The substrate surface must be clean, dry, and firm, free from peeling, floating dust, oil, grease, and loose particles.
2. Application Method

If dilution is required, mix coating with diluent at a ratio of 10 : 4.

Application methods include brushing, rolling, or spraying.

Typically apply two coats.

Reference consumption: approximately 1 kg/m² per coat.

Coating thickness: 0.5–1.5 mm.

Interval between coats: 4–12 hours, depending on ambient temperature.
3. Consumption
Recommended dosage: greater than 1 kg/m²
Precautions

Metal substrates must be properly treated; surfaces should be free from rust, oil, grease, and contaminants, achieving Sa2 surface preparation.

For steel and metal substrates, ensure the surface is completely dry and has completed curing before application.

Do not perform other construction activities that may damage the coating before it is fully cured.

Seal and store unused coating properly to prevent premature curing.

In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
