RT-107 MS Sealant is a high-end bonding and sealing product specially designed for interior decoration and renovation projects.

It offers a wide bonding range and is suitable for bonding and sealing various substrates.
The product is particularly suitable for bonding and sealing wood, ceramic tile, stone, metal, plastic, and similar materials.

RT-107 is non-staining and environmentally friendly.
It is free from benzene, formaldehyde, and isocyanates, and produces no irritating odor during application.

1. Sealing during interior renovation, including corners, flooring, and wall joints, as well as bonding and sealing of high-end furniture and decorative panels

1. Clean the substrate thoroughly; ensure it is dry, free of oil, and free of dust.

2. Apply masking tape on both sides of the joint. If the joint is wide, fill the joint with appropriate backing material.

3. Cut the cartridge seal, attach the nozzle, cut the nozzle to the required size, load into a caulking gun, and apply the sealant.

4. Apply the sealant continuously and evenly, moving smoothly to ensure the joint is fully filled. Avoid applying too quickly to prevent air bubbles or voids.

5. Finish and smooth the joint within 10 minutes after application, then remove the masking tape.

6. The product cures by reacting with moisture in the air. At room temperature, surface drying occurs within 1–3 hours.
   Depending on joint depth, air contact area, and bonding strength requirements, full curing generally requires 1–7 days to achieve optimal performance.

1. Do not touch the sealant before surface curing is complete, to avoid damaging surface flatness.

2. Ensure proper ventilation and a dry environment before the sealant is fully cured.

3. Keep out of reach of children.

4. Use the product as soon as possible after opening.

5. Not suitable for continuous high-temperature environments (above 70 °C) or areas with long-term water immersion.

6. Not suitable for loose or powdery substrates.

7. Avoid contact with eyes before curing. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention if necessary.
