1. Substrate Preparation

The base surface must be smooth, firm, and free of loose sand, dust, or hollow areas.

2. Joint Treatment

For cracks wider than 3 mm on the substrate surface, fill and seal with MS sealant first, then apply the coating.

3. Application Method

• Apply directly using a brush. If dilution is required, mix coating with diluent at a ratio of 10 : 4.

• Application methods include brushing, rolling, or spraying.

• Typically apply two coats.

• Recommended coating thickness: 1.5–2.0 mm.

• Interval between coats: 4–12 hours, depending on ambient temperature and conditions.

4. Consumption

Recommended dosage: 1.5–1.6 kg/m²

1. When applying on cement or concrete substrates, ensure the base is completely dry and has completed curing before construction.
2. Do not proceed with other construction work that may damage the coating before it is fully cured.
3. Seal and store unused coating properly to prevent premature curing.
4. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
