Instructions for Use
-
Clean the substrate thoroughly; ensure it is dry, free of oil, and free of dust.
-
Apply masking tape on both sides of the joint. If the joint is wide, fill the joint evenly with appropriate backing material.
-
Cut the cartridge seal, attach the nozzle, cut the nozzle to the required size, load into a caulking gun, and apply the adhesive.
-
Apply the adhesive continuously and evenly, moving smoothly to ensure the joint is fully filled. Avoid moving too quickly to prevent air bubbles or voids.
-
Finish and smooth the joint within 10 minutes after application, then remove the masking tape.
-
The product cures by reacting with moisture in the air. At room temperature, it becomes surface-dry within 1–3 hours.
Depending on joint depth, air contact area, and bonding strength requirements, full curing generally requires 1–7 days to achieve optimal performance.
Precautions
- Do not touch the sealant before surface curing is complete, to avoid damaging surface flatness.
- Ensure proper ventilation and a dry environment before the adhesive is fully cured.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Use the product as soon as possible after opening.
- Not suitable for continuous high-temperature environments (above 70 °C) or areas with long-term water immersion.
- Not suitable for stone substrates.
- Avoid contact with eyes before curing. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention if necessary.
