RT-108 is a single-component polyurethane sealant featuring high strength, excellent adhesion, low odor, low VOC content, low toxicity, and corrosion resistance.

It demonstrates excellent flexibility and strong adhesion to various substrates, especially glass and metal, providing outstanding weather resistance and long-term durability.

1. Bonding and sealing of front and rear windshields, side windows, and vehicle bodies; widely used in automobiles, specialty vehicles, railway cars, and ship cabins

2. Sealing of aluminum panels, container joints, refrigerated truck compartments, welding seams, and repair sealing for automotive glass in maintenance markets

1. Clean the substrate thoroughly; ensure it is dry, free of oil, and free of dust.

2. Apply masking tape on both sides of the joint. If the joint is wide, fill the joint with appropriate backing material.

3. Remove the aluminum seal at the rear of the cartridge, cut open the cartridge, attach the nozzle, cut the nozzle to the required size, and extrude the sealant using a caulking gun.

4. Apply the sealant continuously and evenly, moving smoothly to ensure the joint is fully filled. Avoid applying too quickly to prevent air bubbles or voids.

5. Finish and smooth the joint within 10 minutes after application, then remove the masking tape.

1. Do not touch the sealant before surface curing is complete, to avoid damaging surface flatness.

2. Ensure proper ventilation and a dry environment before the sealant is fully cured.

3. Keep out of reach of children.

4. Use the product as soon as possible after opening.

5. Not suitable for loose or powdery substrates.

6. Avoid contact with eyes before curing. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention if necessary.
